2. Account Registration

• Accurate and complete information must be provided.
• You are responsible for your login credentials.
• Accounts are non-transferable without approval.

3. Payments & Billing

• All services are billed in advance.
• Late payment may result in suspension.
• Prices may change with prior notice.

4. Refund Policy

• HOSTCMT offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for Hosting services. If a customer is not satisfied with the service, they may request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase.
• Refund Processing Time: Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

5. Uptime Guarantee

HOSTCMT guarantees 99.9% uptime. Service credits may apply according to SLA if uptime is not met.

6. Acceptable Use

Illegal content, spam, malware, phishing, or activities harming server stability are strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

HOSTCMT is not liable for data loss or damages. Liability is limited to the last paid billing cycle.

Legal Compliance & Governing Law

The aforementioned digital commerce entity conducts its business in full compliance with the National Commerce Policy 2020 (Amended), the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021, and all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
